An interesting and diverse role has arisen for an experienced HR Administrator to join this interesting and diverse charity in West Finchley on a permanent basis.

Joining a friendly and welcoming team in this hybrid role (2 days office/ 3 days from home) you will be busy, engaged and learn so much in this unique environment. There is local street parking (paid and unpaid) for those able to commute to the area with ease by car, with the nearest station being West Finchley for those commuting by public transport.

The standard hours are 9am - 5pm with early finishes on a Friday.

We are seeking someone who has HR Administrative experience, having started your CIPD would be highly desirable but not essential, it is essential you are a skilled HR administrator and have top IT skills to hit the ground running. Experience of payroll administration/ payroll processing is highly advantageous.

You will be working as part of a team including a HRD, HRM, and HRBPS alongside other HR Administrators. Daily you will assist with preparing contracts of employment, process leavers, respond to references, recruitment support, maintain HR and payroll data, assisting with payroll, pay and benefits administration, running mail merges for correspondence to the organisation such as annual salary increase letters, ensuring DBS disclosures and references are carried out, supporting with the annual appraisal process and much more!
