Property Portfolio Manager - W1

A great role has arisen for an experienced property manager (4 years+ experience) in both residential and commercial sectors.  Supporting this UHNW individual oversee a Central London mixed portfolio.  Some experience is needed within project management and dealing with new developments.  The role is diverse and will include residential property management, property acquisition and sale, refurbishment projects, property sourcing and assisting with new developments.  You will be confident dealing with property manager, agents, solicitors, architects, surveyors, interior designers and builders on a daily basis.

Working with a boutique family office environment in lovely offices in the West End.

Residential:  Represent the landlord while dealing with property management companies authorising budgets and works.  Monitor and optimise maintenance budgets, Act as property manager organising and overseeing works including landlord repairs, insurance claims and property preparation for new lettings.  Engaging with letting agents and overseeing new lettings and securing low risk tenancies.  Ensure that all legal obligations are complied with.  Organise and coordinate refurbishment projects from planning to commission.

Commercial:  Asset management including rent reviews, lease renewals etc.  Appoint and liaise with agents re lettings.  Deal with contracts and management thereof.

Development:  Point of contact and representative.  Assisting stakeholders with information and documentation exchange and when required manage contractors, QS, architects etc & monitor budgets.

General:  Management of day to day issues, and appointing of externa. consultants, conduct site visits, verify financial transactions (invoices & billings)  Checking documentation and ensuring database is kept up to date.  Negotiate buying ad selling, sourcing properties.
