A busy family in Notting Hill is seeking an experienced and passionate nanny/governess to care for their two children, a 1-year-old girl and a 3-year-old boy. The role is start ASAP, as the family would like to find someone before the school year starts in September. They are going through a big move from Putney to Notting Hill, and want to ensure the smoothest transition possible for the children!
They are travelling to Turkey for August and would love to find someone who can travel with them, or at least spend a week or so for trials/setting in period.
This is a live-in role, though the family is open to live-out candidates if they are local and happy to flexible for babysitting.
Key Responsibilities:
- General nanny duties, including organizing fun and educational activities, preparing healthy meals, and light housekeeping related to the children.
- Focus on educational and emotional development, ideally with a background in EYFS and/or teaching experience.
- Sole charge role, as both parents work full-time.
- Main focus on the 1-year-old girl during the day while the boy attends nursery full-time.
- Attending local playgroups and educational activities to support emotional and social development.
- No heavy cleaning required, but willingness to help with tasks like emptying the dishwasher and handling children's laundry.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be dog-friendly!
- Expected to travel with the family over some school holidays, with the longest trips being 2-3 weeks at a time (summer)

Live-in Nanny/Governess (Live-out option available for locals with flexible arrangements)
- Days and Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 7pm occasional babysitting

- Salary: £50-65K GPA, based on experience and qualifications
