Live Out Housekeeper for large informal family home close to Sloane Square SW1X.

Wonderful returning clients of ours are expanding their household team and looking for an experienced housekeeper to join the team on a live out Monday - Friday basis.

This is a hands on housekeeping position where you will have a 360 handle on all duties alongside the other 3 housekeepers, your duties will include high level cleaning and housekeeping, laundry, helping with packing and unpacking luggage, some dog walking (small friendly dog!) and some errand running to the shops, dry cleaners etc.

You will work well as a team and support the other housekeepers in whatever needs to be done to ensure the home is presented well at all times.

As the housekeeper you will have a hard working nature with a friendly approach with experience within HNW households and/or yachts or hotels.

Starting: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday 10am - 7pm
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

A lovely family based in Hampstead, near the village, is looking for a nanny to start as soon as possible. This role will involve working Monday to Friday from 2pm to 7pm, primarily focusing on the care of three children, aged 7, 5, and 2 years-old, alongside the mum to split the duties. The family is looking for someone to help with school pickups, assist with after-school activities, prepare dinner, and lend a hand with bath time. The mother manages bedtime, but the role will be shared with her, so a nanny comfortable in a shared care environment is essential.
While a driving license is not a must, it's a strong bonus, as an automatic car will be provided for those who can drive. Occasional babysitting may be required, and there is also an option for live-in accommodation, with a flat available if the nanny prefers. We are seeking a professional, experienced live-out Housekeeper to join a busy and dynamic family home in Little Venice. The household consists of 2 adults, 3 teenagers (who live part-time at the house), 2 large dogs (including a friendly Golden Retriever!), and 1 cat. Family and animal friendly is key!
The role requires someone who on the ball with a great enthusiastic nature. Capable of maintaining and running this large 5-floor, 4-bedroom home.

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, and deep cleaning (especially during refurbishment and building works).
- Managing laundry and ironing with particular attention to detail (weekly linen changes and specific laundering requirements).
- Helping cook family meals on Tuesdays and Wednesdays when the teenagers are home, staying slightly later as required (Overtime or time in lieu given).
- Confidently liaising with contractors and tradespeople, gardeners, etc
- Assisting with pet care, including feeding the dogs and rubbing them down after wet walks.
- Managing household supplies (e.g., keeping track of toothpaste, towels, soaps etc.), liaising with the family or PA when items need replacing or repairing.
- Using basic tech skills to manage online orders (Ocado, etc.) and communicate via whatsapp.
- Packing and unpacking for the principal, who travel frequently.
- Helping organise the childrens schedules, uniforms and school bags when they are there.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role within a private household as a sole or senior housekeeper.
- Confidence and initiative to manage the home, particularly when liaising with contractors.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with family members, contractors, and other staff.
