Business + Private EA to Founder/CEO (Investments) This is a 50/50 role encompassing business and private support for an inspirational CEO.
Based within a small team of 10 in lovely offices in Knightsbridge. A top opportunity has arisen for a polished and experienced EA with a background supporting at CEO level or similar in a business and private capacity (5 years+ experience in a similar role is needed) Degree standard and a top multi tasker with energy and commitment. The boss is inspirational and heads up a boutique investment company that specialise in investing in the world's pressing Green issues. This is a pivotal role for him and you will be treated as management level and be "more than" an EA. Acting as interface with the executive team you will be able to grow in this role quickly.
On the business side you will run a very busy diary but keep meetings and calls & to essential tasks. Sitting in meetings and taking notes, following up on detailed action points and chasing up for delivery. Arranging Board meetings and preparing relevant documentation. Research on projects and individuals. Arranging essential travel with itineraries (the boss does not travel a lot). Dealing with all incoming correspondence + emails & flagging up important issues. Drafting replies and keeping a track of important replies and issues. Preparing presentations and updating the website/social media. Assisting with HR administration and onboarding new employees. Liaising with the head of finance on all office issues/financial matters. Attending important meetings with the CEO, you will be confident, articulate and be able to take detailed notes and take an instrumental part.
Supporting the CEO in a private capacity running a busy and fluid personal diary with meetings, events, birthdays and wider family issues. You will also liaise with the household staff, keeping the private diary for the household including the activities of the two children. Dealing with the two nannies (live-out) on any arrangement for the children and arrangements to be made. All personal travel (minimal).
Household Management to include assisting with any renovations, repairs, trades and contractors. Sourcing new trades, checking deliveries and finding competitive quotes when needed. Dealing with purchases, checking invoices and payments. Private PA experience is essential for this role.
Liaising with schools and tutors and dealing with any necessary paperwork required. The nannies are happy to assist in the smooth running of the CEO's life and take on some more junior aspects of a PA role to assist.

A high flyer who works quickly you must be quick on your feet, smart with excellent forward planning skills and can gauge situations quickly. Based in Soho (may move to Mayfair this year) your day will be involved in assisting in all aspects to the CEO the in his business ventures and supporting with private matters and within his Foundation when needed and deal with investment liaison. This is a boutique environment similar to a Family Office. You will have a more niche background and used to working 1:1 with a CEO and able to think on your feet to be able to keep up with the boss. Excellent English skills both written and spoken is essential.
Top diary management and able to deal with a flood of emails (300+ per day) deciphering what is important and what can wait (answering when appropriate). A good decision maker who is discreet and with excellent experience liaising at the most senior level/titled individuals/CEOs' etc.
Able to sit with the boss and work in tandem in a sometimes unstructured day. He is quite self sufficient and needs a great EA to work as a wingman. You must be confident and able to work at a speed when needed. Boss usually travels 3 - 4 months a year before lockdown.

A demonstrated background overseeing, hiring and managing Household staff in varying locations is essential and a good HR overview of current legislation. Dealing with all lifestyle management for the Principals and overseeing security within the homes and whilst travelling. Dealing with all HNW inventories and art collections and management of credit cards and liaison with accountant. The Principals are involved in many diverse businesses ventures and you will act as a lynchpin for the family and the heads of department in businesses both here and abroad. Budget management and able to spot financial problems, over expenditure and able offer a 5 years forecast is needed.

Busy family living in Kensington are seeking a confident, experienced and upbeat and hands on housekeeper to join them on a live out basis. The family have 2 school aged boys who are pretty self-sufficient, but once they are back from school in the afternoons you may need to supervise them.
The family employ a morning housekeeper who works until mid-afternoon Monday to Friday.
Your duties to include but not limited to:
- Housekeeping - cleaning, laundry and ironing. Handwashing and organising for the dry cleaning
- Working with specialist surfaces (wooden floors, marble, artwork etc)
- Assisting in the kitchen to prepare simple meals for the family, and learn recipes from the principal - you must show willingness to learn
- Any other duties asked by the employer
