This globe trotting CEO is looking for a confident and well presented EA to support him on a 50/50 basis (corporate & private) in a busy and interesting role. Preparing the Principal with all paperwork, information and schedules prior to his trips (he is away over 250 days of the year) and managing his complex and strategic travel itinerary and accommodation. Arrange and manage company events for the CEO and also business and personal dinners/lunches when required. Plan and manage company events and social events both large and small. Manage external communications and press inquiries. Dealing with charity and events for charity on behalf of CEO. Management of hospitality for the CEO and hosted events and season tickets etc.

You will be dynamic in your style also and able to juggle many demands often changing with the wind. A top business overview will be expected, connected to the business world and able to hold your own in high level meetings. Able to sit in on these meetings and take minutes/action points for follow through. This is a wing man role of high value to the company and the Principal and you will be party to interesting strategic projects with full responsibility in diverse areas. The Principal respects smart and career orientated individuals with much to offer. You will have confidence and charm, be quick witted with humour and really connect with your work. Your intelligence and experience will have given you great emotional intelligence and you will be ready for this next step. Lots of research on the projects and you will be expected to participate in client and partner meetings with input in strategy across the various business projects. This charming couple are looking for an experienced and positive Private PA to support them personally and within the household. The couple have two grown children who visit occasionally and extended family who visit also.
Based within the family home in Virginia Water the role will comprise of:-
- Private diary management for the couple, arranging all their meetings and professional appointments.
- Making all personal appointments ie. Doctors, lawyers, accountants, etc
- Private travel arrangements including research, hotels, cars and booking flights.
- Dealing with all household expenses and paying household bills – giving a monthly report of all expenditure
- Budget planning
- General management of household staff, rotas, interviewing and liaison with regard to any changes/requirements that the Principal and his wife need
- Dealing with all filing both paper and electronic
- Dealing with all household trades and deliveries and any repairs/maintenance that the house/grounds may require
- Obtaining comparison quotes and checking prices & invoices
- Dealing with any insurance policies; health, cars, property and life insurance making sure all are up to date and valid
- Arranging any entertainment, tickets, dinners and family gatherings
- Managing any social occasions
- Arranging any catering, flowers & invitations
- Personal shopping & errands
- Some additional duties when children/extended family are visiting
Hours 10am – 4.00pm 4 days per week (There will be some out of hours contact when necessary)
Salary: £43-45k pro rata + Bens + 15 days holiday (not pro rata)
