EA to President - Luxury International Company - Dubai (Office based 5 days)  Salary range 20,000 - 30,000 UAE Dirham per month tax free.

A top role has arisen for a polished, well spoken and career orientated EA to work in Dubai.  Degree preferred but a cv demonstrating experience at CEO/Principal level or senior C suite level in a busy and demanding role for 5 years+.   Used to the standards of UHNW (Essential) - the Principal is one of the most senior billionaires in the UAE.

The EA's sit together and support each other when busy and make a dynamic team.  Occasional cover week-end which everyone takes turn with.  Sitting on the President's floor with the other EA's the offices are beautiful.

Able to run a very busy calendar/diary which is ever changing and much in demand.  High level travel and itinerary co-ordination making sure the President has all paperwork and information required for the trip.  Able to prioritise with ease and not wilt under pressure/deadlines.  A top communicator with excellent written and spoken English is essential.  Able to liaise at the highest level both within the UAE and abroad the Principal of this large billion$ company is held in high regard.  The company is also expanding in a Asia, UK, Europe and USA and is hugely successful.

Accounting at ACA level is a pre-requisite and familiarity with Xero, extremely useful.
