Based in magnificent offices in Mayfair your day will be involved in assisting in all aspects to the CEO the in his business ventures and supporting with private matters and within his Foundation when needed. This is a boutique environment similar to a Family Office. Top diary management and able to deal with a flood of emails deciphering what is important and what can wait (answering when appropriate). A good decision maker who is discreet and with excellent experience liaising at the most senior level/titled individuals/CEOs' etc. A top communicator with confidence who will work as a colleague and have much to offer. An outstanding gatekeeper, able to sit in meetings/minutes or take dictation into the PC now and again. Top research skills and excellent PowerPoint will be needed. Able to design complex travel and itineraries (boss is away 3 - 4 months of the year usually). Well spoken and presented is essential and able to juggle many priorities without fluster. Good humoured with your own wit and charm and used to the busy and demanding world this Principal inhabits. Really interesting and involving role and the boss is quite a character! An interesting and involving role has opened up for a private PA with a multitude of skills. Supporting this the busy Principal in a Private PA Capacity. Based in the residence with occasional visits to the Family Office in Mayfair. Willing and able with a positive and energetic approach you will turn your hand to what needs doing from UHNW travel and shopping to assisting with schools and shopping for the children. This is a hands on role where not two days are are the same. A good understanding of UHNW & Private PA is needed for this role and good tech & research skills. 2 - 3 years experience as a private PA and excellent English written and spoken. This is a true "wingman" role of wide dimensions and you will accompany this entrepreneurial Principal on all meetings and be involved in every aspect of this exciting and very successful global enterprise. The company has interests in various upbeat industries (including, fashion, media agencies, TV, branding and the representation of high profile individuals globally. Some experience with legal matters or a legal degree would be a big plus. Able to read contracts/legal documents for an initial overview. You will have a cv that demonstrates supporting a successful individual with many business interests within media, fashion, music, luxury brands, TV or similar in a similar is needed. Able to proof read legal documents, sit in meetings and keep abreast of a constantly changing schedules/diaries and priorities. Able to sit in high level meetings to take concise notes and follow up on all points. Attending calls/meetings for both business and private matters. Provide detailed briefing notes before meetings. Work quickly and focused and be able to juggle changes when needed. There will be travel to Switzerland every 2 months for 4 - 6 days to consolidate/discuss matters with the Principal.
