Executive Assistant to the Principal - High Profile Family Office.

A very interesting and diverse role has arisen for a polished and degree standard EA to support this extremely busy and sought after international figure.  Working from the family office you will be involved in the smooth running of the hectic diary and demands upon this individual.  A top communicator with a high level of intricate diary management and top attention to detail.  Top written and spoken English is essential as you will be preparing emails and correspondence on behalf of the Principal, working on speeches and researching.  Experience with protocol and dealing with various titled/high profile individuals within the public eye is a major plus point for this role together with tact and diplomacy at all times.

Managing all meetings, logistics and agendas, tracking action points and taking minutes in meetings.  Assisting in arranging high profile events including speaking and public events, interviews in the UK and briefing/updating the Principal in advance.  Attending events from time to time.

The Principal also has a very successful Foundation that you will liaise with on a daily basis - there is lots to be involved in and enjoy in this role with a wonderful family who are altruistic and international in their various involvements.

Sorting out all travel and scheduling meetings - preparing detailed itineraries and dealing with expenses related to the trips.  Arranging family holidays, events and social engagements and daily liaison with the household staff.

Taking care of filing and expense management and supervising the data base.  Maintaining the gifts register, Xmas card list and general administration.

There will be some out of hours support as expected in a high profile family office when changes occur.

Private PA with excellent EA skills/Fitness Trainer (with international travel)

The Principal of an UHNW Family Office is looking for an experienced Private PA, who is also qualified in personal training with good knowledge of nutrition and healthy living (Essential for this role). It is a travelling role supporting the Principal.  When in London you will be based in stunning offices in the West End, working alongside other members of staff in the Family office. You will be required to travel often as the principal has large Estates in Majorca and Ibiza and has trips further afield too, including Asia and New Zealand. Some trips are taken with a few days/a weeks' notice so availability to do this also is key to apply for this role.

You will be solely responsible for looking after the principal’s health and fitness regime together with private PA duties. Working closely with the family’s chef and other assistants to ensure a healthy diet and lifestyle is followed.  You will have 5 years + experience as a qualified trainer with excellent nutritional knowledge plus a background showing that you have supported a senior executive as a private PA/Exec PA.  This is a dual role supporting the Principal as a travelling PA as well as a trainer so you must be qualified in each area to apply for this role.  Excellent references are required.

You will need to be a real team player and happy to help with other requests that may arise - for example picking up guests from the airports, booking travel and assisting with diary changes,ensuring the villas are ready for principal and guest arrivals and generally mucking in with the office and house teams to ensure all needs are met.

Executive Support
