This is a Business and Private support PA role for a degree standard EA (Essential) who has held a similar role in the past for an UHNW (Essential).  London based but may require some travel a couple of times a year.  UHNW Principal or Family Office experience of 5 years + is needed at senior level covering both business and private support

The Principal is a great communicator and liked by the team so we are looking for someone to commit for the long term and provide top 1:1 support.  You must show longevity in your cv to be considered for this role.

You will be high caliber, well-rounded and an experienced Executive Assistant who is proactive and able to assist in the running of the Principal’s day-to-day life to ensure smooth-running family life, as well as solid business support.  Based within a small, stable private Family Office in the West End, you will be working on a wide variety of tasks and projects and be capable of wearing many different hats. Liaising with both internal team members and external parties and possess a high level of positivity and professionalism.  A bright and hands on person who can be relied upon with a good track record.

Responsible for all aspects of delivery, you will get things done with excellence, efficiency and resourcefulness; remaining calm and taking the unexpected in your stride. You must have proven experience making decisions and exercising good judgment in a variety of situations. Possessing strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organisational skills. Managing multiple diaries and coordination of associated logistics. - Research, orders, deliveries, purchases and errands. - Oversee documentation for the family, including passport and visa renewals, health insurance claims, and managing memberships and loyalty programs. - Coordinate with household staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, potentially taking on line-management duties as helpful and support recruitment needs. - Support the management team on specific pieces of work. - Take ownership for designated projects, conducting research, providing logical recommendations and analysis of findings.

Liaise with other staff to get things done and facilitate outcomes. - Ensure high standards of accurate record keeping and filing. - Manage active action lists to keep tasks moving forward (yours and others). - Draft email or other correspondence on behalf of the Principal. - Process invoices and credit card reconciliations. Key attributes - Degree standard (Essential)- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant in a similar role with proven longevity in prior positions. - Happy to operate independently as well as work closely with others. - Typically working between 8.30am and 6pm Monday to Friday, but flexible with a 24/7mindset and happy to respond when needed.

A demanding and interesting role has arisen for a time poor and deadline driven Principal who is CEO of an international company of thousands.  Your background will be at CEO/Principal level in predominately a corporate support role and you will have 10 years experience in a highly responsible role.  There will be a junior PA there to assist with the day to day workload.  Office based when the boss is there you will be able to work from home 1 - 2 days a week after you have established yourself and made strong relationships with the team both in the UK and globally.  Degree standard and expert at juggling priorities.  A CV showing senior level support at CEO or Principal level of 10 years is needed.

The EA's sit together and support each other when busy and make a dynamic team.  Occasional cover week-end which everyone takes turn with.  Sitting on the President's floor with the other EA's the offices are beautiful.

Able to run a very busy calendar/diary which is ever changing and much in demand.  High level travel and itinerary co-ordination making sure the President has all paperwork and information required for the trip.  Able to prioritise with ease and not wilt under pressure/deadlines.  A top communicator with excellent written and spoken English is essential.  Able to liaise at the highest level both within the UAE and abroad the Principal of this large billion$ company is held in high regard.  The company is also expanding in a Asia, UK, Europe and USA and is hugely successful.
