A background supporting an artist who travels and attends many events and has many interests would be ideal for this role.

He needs a PA to cover his private support from paying bills, updating insurances and making sure he keeps on track with diet and home supplies.  He is so immersed in his business/lifestyle that you need to make sure the day to day essentials are covered or paid for.

A dab hand at travel and understanding an unusual and fast paced role on travel and events together with a social life that would include high profile individuals in the UK, LA, New York and Monaco.

A background at high profile, tech or with an entrepreneur is needed to understand the disperse and entrepreneurial nature of this role that can change on a spin of a coin.

This is a new role created by a very successful and growing international business within the Arts.

Your background will show UHNW, Family Office or a luxury background at senior level in operations. Degree standard with a motivated energy and a keen interest in your work and accomplishing goals.

Financially astute you will liaise with the company accountants and advisors with regard to strategy, reports, management of cashflow, budgeting & forecasting, financial analysis and managing the receivable and payable processes a financial qualification is preferred. You will also be responsible for legal and compliance issues across various jurisdictions. Having a central role in daily business operations you will also be involved in the personal and business interests of the two Founding Partners. You will be business minded, targeted and professional.

Responsible with the General Manager for people management, on boarding and some training for new colleagues to the business, a good general over view of HR is needed and a personable, hands on approach. A top communicator able to build relationships quickly.

Experience with managing a wide portfolio of interests and how they interact you will also liaise internationally on behalf of the Principals with regard to international assets such as cars, yachts, wine, real estate and venture capital.

Flexible when needed you will also be happy to travel occasionally when needed abroad to oversee or manage various projects

You will show a similar role of this responsibility in the past at senior level and work in collaboration with Principals and colleagues.

A great opportunity has arisen for an experience Private & Business EA to support this individual creative in all aspects of her life.  Primarily based in London office (West End)but with UK travel.  A high level of property experience is needed for this role with regard to projects, maintenance and upkeep/troubleshooting as the family have multiple properties (4).There is a Junior PA and a small admin team to assist.

This is a newly creative Private Family Office within the creative domain dealing with all aspects of family life and private family office duties with an emphasis on property and household staff.

This is to join a newly formed Family Office and is a great time to join and get involved in all their various projects.  The role will be daily Personal and Household Management of multiple properties and you are the point of contact for the household staff.  Overseeing the hiring and supervision of Household Staff and handling annual performance, illness, holidays etc. Troubleshoot all property issues and co-ordinate with suppliers and contractors.  Oversee household staff expenses.

Able to give top administrative and PA support to the Principal and wider family members when needed.

Co-ordinate detailed travel arrangement with itineraries from door to door. Excellent research skills with regard to events, travel, hotels and holiday destinations.

Deal with household purchases and gifts.  Assist with school research for 2 children and deal with the administration.  Manage invitations for high profile couple and responses.  Liaise with the EA of the husband with regard to family holidays and commitments..  Liaise with the CFO of the Family Office with regard to budgets and report into quarterly budget meetings with the family.

Assist with business requests from diary and email management and supervision of the business staff and ad hoc staff.  Handle reviews, illness, holidays and requests of a small team.  Assist with general office administration.

Extensive experience in a similar role preferably within a Family Office environment.  Excellent Tech skills (Mac).  A top multi talker with initiative and solutions driven approach.  A strong communicator with top experience managing households and household staff.  Tech savvy and familiar with Zero, Excel, Keynote, Bright HR, Todoist, Keeper app, Pleo card system etc.

You will have a high level of integrity and professionalism always maintaining a high level of discretion.

A superb role has arisen for a degree standard  Senior Private PA with 8/10 years + as a Private PA (essential) and in depth experience with large renovations and recruiting/mentoring household staff (both in the UK and Europe).

Supporting a very hands on and likeable Principal who has 4 grown children and 5 properties (to include a large central London home, ski chalet and country estate) all fully staffed.

You will lead by example and be very hands on and flexible.  Able to build relationships quickly and be at the front of the recruitment process with regards to Household Staff and keeping things running smoothly.  Staff management and pre-empting problems will come as second nature to you and you will be a collaborative team player who is able to get the best out of people.       

You will travel to the various properties about once every two months and spend a little time at the ski chalet during the season.  Flexible to travel should there be an urgent matter that needs attending.

The Principal will count on you to be a true right hand in all aspects so your reliability and commitment must be 100%.  Able to think outside of the box and contribute when needed the Principal is involved in all aspects of the design and rebuild of their large Central London property and dealing with the other properties so you will work closely with the Principal throughout the renovation.  You will organise maintenance, suppliers, trades and schedules for the properties and keep everything up to scratch.

The house in Central London will be where your office will eventually be situated.  You will have excellent emotional intelligence and be able to judge circumstances clearly and make good judgement calls.

You will have excellent diary, logistics and travel management (including private jet) conversant with all modern tech and be able to prioritise and plan ahead with ease.  You will be used to an ever changing schedule and diary and shift plans accordingly.  A top communicator who can discuss matters to staff and  the Principal with ease.  Good humoured, intelligent and hard working.
