A lovely family living in Richmond is looking for an experienced nanny/housekeeper to join them and help with their two children and ensure the smooth running of the house.
General nanny duties will be required - organising fun and educational activities, preparing healthy and balanced meals for the family, general housekeeping duties and running a few errands.
The role will be shared with the mum, you will be working in partnership throughout the week. There will be full days of sole childcare, and others when duties will be mixed. The family is looking for a team player with a positive and professional attitude.
They are flexible on which days you could work; the role would average 30 hours per week. Occasional babysitting might be needed (some weekend work if you can!)
The children are in a good routine and have a nanny currently. The oldest (G4) is at preschool locally and will be starting Reception in September. She loves imaginative play, dolls, and creative activities in general. The youngest (B1) will be your main focus during the day. He is in a good routine, and loves playgroups and other social activities!
The family has a housekeeper (placed by Leaman Consulting) who comes over the weekend to focus on the heavy cleaning of the house. During the week, your main housekeeping duties will be focusing on the laundry, cooking, and keeping on top of things generally!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a nanny/housekeeper to join a lovely family in SW London!

  • Days and Hours: 3 days per week 8am - 6pm (flexible on which days) babysitting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meal Preparation: Create breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus tailored to the dietary preferences and nutritional needs of the clients.
  • Ingredient Sourcing: Liaise with the housekeeper/PA with regards to menus and ingredients list.
  • Menu Planning: Develop a meal plan, considering variety, balance, and nutrition, while accommodating specific dietary restrictions or preferences.
  • Batch Cooking: Prepare meals in batches to be stored in the fridge for consumption on days when the chef is not present, ensuring that the clients have easy access to nutritious options.
  • Liaising: Collaborate with the housekeeper and Personal Assistant to ensure that the kitchen is well stocked and organised, and to facilitate efficient meal preparation.


Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Private Chef or similar role, with a strong culinary background.
* A deep understanding of nutrition and the ability to design balanced and health-conscious meal plans.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Knowledge of sourcing quality ingredients and a talent for turning them into delightful dishes.

An UHNW client is seeking a live out housekeeper for their newly renovated private residence in central London. You will work as part of a housekeeping team and alongside a wider household team (chef, PA, nannies etc)
Reporting into the house manager, exceptionally high standards are essential for this role. Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years working in a formal household for UHNW private clients. 
Key Requirements:

  • Previous Private Housekeeper experience.
  • Attention to detail and pro-active.
  • Must be flexible and happy to work 1 eer 3-4 weekends when required (given time off in lieu)
  • Hands on with a great energy and team-player attitude
  • Must be discreet and trustworthy, and help maintain these qualities throughout the team
  • Must be well presented and maintain a professional manner at all times

Duties include:

  • All areas of cleaning, including dusting, polishing, hoovering and mopping.

We are looking for a super switched on and proactive Estate Manager to work at a very high level overseeing the operations and maintenance of homes in the UK and Italy for a High Profile UHNW client in North London.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, exceptional organisational skills, and a keen attention to detail and delivering high standards at all time. As the Estate Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing property maintenance, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of the home in conjunction with the principal and other team members.

 

Responsibilities to include:

 

Property Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the estate, including maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is well-maintained and adheres to safety standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for necessary repairs and renovations.

 

Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise estate staff including groundskeepers, maintenance workers, and housekeeping staff.
  • Develop and implement schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members.

 

Financial Management:

You will work as part of a small close knit team and this is a real 360 housekeeping role to ensure the home is ran seamlessly and kept immaculate at all times.

  • Schedule: Flexibility in terms of working hours throughout the year will be required with this post. The hours will be on average 40 - 45 per week, over 5 days, with two consecutive days off. However, when the Principal is in residence (approximately 6 months in total throughout the year) the driver will be required to work longer hours and flexibly. When the Principal is away (approximately 6 months in total throughout the year), the working hours will be significantly less.
  • Salary: Competitive salary in the range of £45,000-£55,000 accommodation.
