This is a wonderful opportunity for a very bright and hands on PA with a degree and 4 years experience to support the Chief of Staff in a busy multi tasking role. The company has a great working atmosphere which is modern and progressive with helpful and friendly colleagues. Based in beautiful offices in St James's your day will be interesting and busy.

An ideal role to learn and grow in as your involvement will be supporting the Principal of the company with internal diary & meetings, purchases, administration, payments, booking restaurants, double checking schedules and itineraries and assisting with some personal work when required. Reporting into the Chief of Staff who is your line manager your exposure and training will be second to none. Happy to take direction and muck in when needed you will have a positive and friendly personality happy to sort out the small to the large requests with occasional out of hours when needed. You will be involved in interesting projects and have a very varied day.

The Chief of Staff is a wonderful communicator with a great sense of humour and she will guide you through all aspects of the role and the expectations of the Principal.

Able to hit the ground running you will come from a busy multi tasking role where you have taken ownership of things and can be depended upon. Good diary management and logistic skills are paramount, excellent tech, well spoken and presented with top English skills written and spoken.

When the Chief of Staff is away or there are quiet periods you will support the lovely team based there with some travel and meetings. The company is very social and you will feel at home within the first week.
