Senior EA to Principal - SE1
A demanding and interesting role has arisen for a time poor and deadline driven Principal who is CEO of an international company of thousands. Your background will be at CEO/Principal level in predominately a corporate support role and you will have 10 years experience in a highly responsible role. There will be a junior PA there to assist with the day to day workload. Office based when the boss is there you will be able to work from home 1 - 2 days a week after you have established yourself and made strong relationships with the team both in the UK and globally. Degree standard and expert at juggling priorities. A CV showing senior level support at CEO or Principal level of 10 years is needed.
An outstanding EA with top attention to detail is essential, able to work at a pace and check emails/documents and paperwork/communications at least twice for errors. Meticulous in your work, you will have extremely high standards and be a career EA used to supporting out of hours, managing relationships and getting things done on time and without fuss.
On top of the latest technology you will own a large part of the CEO's workload walking in front to clear the way of any obstacles and checking all is on track for him and vetting the copious amounts of emails that come in on a daily basis. Extensive diary with reminders along the way and travel management with detailed itineraries is par for the course.
Able to liaise at senior and high profile level with an easy confidence both in the UK and globally,
Used to pressure and a high level of performance you will be happy to take on some of the personal support for the CEO also to keep him abreast of personal appointments and family matters.
Top writing skills are needed with faultless spelling and grammar. A top communicator, able to make relationships easily. A proactive person, supporting and helpful. Calm under pressure and deadlines is paramount. Good humoured, well spoken and presented is expected. Top package
