Job Description

An interesting and involving role has arisen for an experienced Private PA with a good commercial head.  Based within a beautiful residence you will support both husband and wife (with children) in primarily a private capacity 70% but also with business requirements (top diary/calendar/meeting management) as roughly 30% of the role.  Covering email management and flagging up priorities and composting draft correspondence.  Arranging calls internationally (Zoom/Teams).  You will act as the main point of contact within the household.

Arranging complex travel and itineraries (luxury level) and all associated paperwork.  Arranging all private appointments both business and private (medical, professional etc).  Dealing with all insurances of the house/possessions.  Dealing with any refurbishments, trades & purchases for the house.  Dealing with all memberships and affiliations.  Assisting with any household staff hiring and rotas.  Assisting with private events, dinners and family gatherings.  Personal shopping, presents and on-line purchases.

You will have 8 - 10 years+ as a Private PA (mostly within a private residence) and a cv demonstrating some business duties.  Excellent technology and organisational skills required, always one step ahead and pre-empting any issues that arise.  Flexible and dedicated, happy to support out of hours occasionally when required.  Able to work in the strictest confidentiality this is an interesting and varied role for an experienced Private Household PA with lots of energy and forward planning skills.
