Private PA (CEO) - Notting Hill

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Private PA to support this uber successful and hugely busy CEO manage his private affairs and homes.   The role can go into hybrid by arrangement once trust and commitment have been achieved.  Based in the Notting Hill office within a private office adjacent to the company (6 staff)

Experience at CEO/Founding Partner level is needed and an understanding of the level of requirements and standard an UHNW individual with many projects and commitments would expect. Excellent diary management co-ordinating with his business EA and to keep his extremely busy day running smoothly and to avoid clashes.  International travel (private jet and commercial travel and private yachts) detailed private itineraries and schedules and you will be used to last minute changes and requests.  A good knowledge of London restaurants, venues, clubs and events

You will act as primary point of contact for CEO for all personal matters  & organise private events in UK and internationall.  Trusted to handle all private and personal requests. Liaising with family PA and Nanny for all travel requirements regarding the children and immediate family.  Managing all personal bank accounts and dealing with all payment requests Project management for any house renovations working closely with interior designers. Working with/hiring all household and maintenance staff both temporary and permanent.  Day to day management of key properties.  Out of hours support when needed and used to being the right hand support for someone of this level is important.  This is a very busy and interesting role for someone who is extremely well presented and spoken, degree level and wanting to use all of their skills.  Confidentiality and loyalty are key.  Excellent package + bonus
