Live In House Manager – Mandarin and English speaking – December Start

UHNW family who are relocating to London Regents Park are seeking a fluent Chinese (Mandarin) and English speaking House Manager. For cultural reasons female candidates are preferred.

You will have previous experience working as a professional House Manager and able to assist the client in recruiting other household staff. You will be a full time House Manager (accommodation within the main house) ideally with some butler/service skills as well. You will be the real eyes and ears for the client when they are not in the UK and able to liaise with members of staff, the office and contractors etc. experience of handling household budgets and clients household finance needs. You will be involved with creating and maintaining household manuals and procedures to ensure the household is ran to a top standard at all times.

The family will require additional staff when they are here permanently and they will look to you to work with them to advise on what is needed to run the house efficiently.

You will speak fluent English and Mandarin and have a clean UK driving licence.

The position is live in and staff quarters are provided in the property.

Hours will generally be 5.5 / 6 days a week when the family are in residence with flexibility to help when entertaining. When the family are not there your days and hours can be more flexible.

There may be some travel involved.

Salary will reflect individual experience up to £50,000.
