Laundress Housekeeper for Large Household in Central London

A family of 4 in a property in Mayfair are seeking an experienced laundress / housekeeper to work with them on a full time live out basis. (Please note the families main home in Regents Park is undergoing refurbishment, so they will be in Mayfair for around 2 years while this is being completed).

The first part of your working morning will be assisting the morning housekeeper with the breakfast set up and finishing off any prep for the children’s lunches. The rest of the day you will be dealing with the families laundry and insure things are kept in their correct areas. You will be responsible for the dry cleaners and arranging for picking up and the collection of any items, to also insure any clothing sent out is full documented.

You will be a good team player and ideally worked in a semi-formal household before.

You will be happy to travel with the family when required, this could be up to 5 weeks a year usually during school breaks in April, June/July & December.

Hours: Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm

Starting: ASAP

Salary: will reflect experience £40,000 +
