Daily Housekeeper for High Profile Family in London (Temp)

Lovely young family of 3 who spend part of the year in the USA and the rest in the UK are looking for an extremely professional and experienced housekeeper with top end wardrobe and laundry management skills. You must have worked with HNW / VIP families before.

They need someone to work from round the 17^th August until Jan 2021.

The house itself is a 4 bedroom property in a beautiful leafy part of South East London. Modern interior with some artwork and antiques – so care and knowledge of expensive furnishings essential.

Your laundry skills will be top notch, and you will be handling lots of experience and luxury couture items – cashmere, velvet, silk, lace etc.

You will need to be confident in keeping a log / inventory of clothing and other belongings of Madame.  Ensuring you know what clothing and linens are in the house, which are at dry cleaners and so on.

You will also be responsible for packing for trips, including tissue paper. You will also run errands for the family, shopping, groceries and post office. They have two properties nearby (with family in) so if something needs doing there now and again you must be happy to pop over and help out – a proactive and hands on nature is key.

DRIVERS LICENCE + OWN CAR - essential

Location: London SE21 – this would suit someone who lives locally for ease of commute.

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with flexibility

Salary: will DOE c. £40K

Starting: mid August for 4 months. There is a potential for this role to go permanent after the temporary contract.
