Live-In Driver - Mayfair Residence

An exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to become an integral part of a Mayfair residence. We are seeking a live-in chauffeur to bring their skills and positive energy to our clients household.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving: On-call for chauffeur duties when the client is in residence. Occasional driving for other members of the extended family.
• Security: Oversee household security, light maintenance, and liaise with contractors as needed.
• Live-In Arrangement: Accommodation provided, including an ensuite room with a door to an outside terrace.
• Flexible Assistance: Run errands, assist with daily tasks, and contribute to the smooth operation of the household.
• Pet Care: Must be a dog lover, you will be responsible for the care of a large dog, to include walking, feeding, and taking the dog to the vet when necessary.

Household Dynamics:

• Relaxed Atmosphere: Enjoy a pleasant and relaxed environment with an approachable principal.
• Central Location: The residence is located in Mayfair, with the office conveniently situated around the corner. Cars are parked in the garage and nearby.
• Team: You will work closely with the household and office team. 

Candidate Requirements:

• Personality: Easy-going, flexible, and understanding of the responsibilities associated with the role.
• Background: Preference for candidates with a security background, ex-military, or police experience.
• Experience: Must have relevant experience as a chauffeur for a private principal with checkable references and Enhanced DBS.
• Interviews: Interviews now with a start date anticipated in the new year.

• Schedule: Flexibility in terms of working hours throughout the year will be required with this post. The hours will be on average 40 - 45 per week, over 5 days, with two consecutive days off. However, when the Principal is in residence (approximately 6 months in total throughout the year) the driver will be required to work longer hours and flexibly. When the Principal is away (approximately 6 months in total throughout the year), the working hours will be significantly less.
• Salary: Competitive salary in the range of £45,000-£55,000 accommodation.
