Private family in Kensington W8 are seeking a high experienced and professional chef to join their household. The chef will be responsible for providing lunch and dinner for a family of 4.

The family would like the chef to work 5 days on 2 off, with flexibility.

The family enjoy light, fresh and healthy foods along the Mediterranean lines. Lunch is something lighter and dinner will be 3 courses, individually plated. There is often last minute change and day to day menu planning so the chef needs to work well with these changes with an unflappable nature.

They have very high standards and expect top presentation. There will also be the requirement of providing 1 big staff meal for the staff to help themselves eg. Lasagne.

Hours are 9am – 9pm generally, the family eat around 7pm for dinner and there is some travel over the summer to the south of France.

Salary £60,000-£65,000 DOE
