Houseman/Maintenance for HNW Family in Knightsbridge – Live Out 

This lovely family are looking for a proactive and dynamic Houseman/Maintenance to join their busy home in Knightsbridge. Recently refurbished to a very high spec. There are other staff in the property so you must be a team player.

You will be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the household, ensuring that with cleaning and maintenance the house runs smoothly. 

Duties may include:

-              Changing light bulbs, fuses, checking boilers & radiators, checking security and alarm systems and performing minor household repairs.

-              The house is ran via a top spec electrical system using ipads – so familiarising yourself with this

-              Maintaining outdoor area, mowing, sweeping leaves, raking gravel + swimming pool maintenance and checks

-              Valeting vehicles  

-              General helping where needed, a real muck in attitude needed

You must be friendly, easy going, professional and a team player. With experience working in a similar role within a high spec private household. This is a live out role, working 5 days a week (2 off) rolling contract, so days off may differ from week to week and working days to include weekends. 35-40 hours a week. £35,000 - £38,000 depending on experience.
