PA to HNW Interior Designer (Kensington)
This is a very diverse and interesting role for a PA with very good all round skills, excellent tech and an eye for detail. This is a very busy and involving role to learn and grow in. Based within a niche office & team within a luxury household in Kensington supporting a charming and very busy interior designer with high profile projects in a a relaxed yet totally professional working environment. Good sense of humour and solutions driven is essential! Architect in the Team and another EA.
A background in architecture, design, property or in a creative field is much preferred and working with someone who produces creative and deadline driven projects. Degree standard and able to pick up systems quickly and integrate into this small and very successful team. This highly personable and upbeat CEO has a very successful interior design business and a furniture business also that you will be highly involved in.
Able to get through multiple tasks and diverse list at the speed of light and take on timelines and deadlines with ease. Excellent organisational and communication skills are a needed at a high level.
All diary management for the business, liaising with clients & suppliers, researching products, organising samples and images for presentation to clients and assisting with quotations for various projects.
You will be expert at working through a "to do" list and be able to keep on top of multiple objectives and requests.
Dealing with invoicing and budgets with regard to various design projects. Management and liaison between suppliers, contractors and clients. Monitoring invoice payments and payment supplier of invoices. A good working knowledge of Excel is needed and happy to learn new systems as you grow in the role. Keeping the office supplies in stock and finding best deals. Knowledge of social media platforms would be a huge bonus.
Organising the house and life of a very busy creative individual with two children in every aspect from household support, arranging holidays, logging expenses, paying household bills, booking private events and leasing closely with household staff.
You will be a consummate list maker and demolisher! Able to work at speed with accuracy you will relish an interesting and busy day where you are proactive and highly involved from day 1. Flexible and proactive attitude with the ability too get things done without a fuss.
A busy and involving role for an energised and committed individual with much to offer. A top communicator who is tech savvy is essential.
A self starter with energy and commitment is needed with a roll up the sleeves attitude a must!
