House Manager for UHNW Client in Holland Park

A client of ours is seeking a hands on House Manager to join their team. You will ideally have come from a yachting background at Chief Stewardess level.

Day to day you will be managing the housekeeping team, to maintain the premises to the highest standards at all times. Taking a hands-on approach to ensure the seamless day-to-day functioning of the property & team (covering all aspects of housekeeping and hospitality) in accordance with the Principals schedules.

Your duties as the House Manager will include but not be limited to:
● Fully responsible for the day to day running of everything in the house.
● Must have a proactive and hands on management approach, working as part of the household team.
● Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the entire premises.
● Must be on top of all plans and schedules and ensure these are communicated to the Housekeeping, Maintenance team and Chef to ensure everyone is up to date on the plans and requirements for the day/week ahead. Prioritising workloads accordingly re: Housekeeping, hospitality & maintenance.
● Managing rotas and schedules in good time for the Housekeeping team, based on the Principals plans. Giving direction to Housekeepers on a daily basis of their priorities for the day and week ahead.
● Point of contact for the Principals in relation to house related matters and the team.
● Responsible for front of house service and guest relations
● Liaising with the teams within the household, ensuring best practice is followed and giving guidance of daily tasks.
● Managing rotas, holiday approval and household payments and invoices.
● Responsible for creating &/or updating household manuals, checklists, routine lists, inventory lists, preference records and any other documentation regarding daily operation, on the shared drive

Requirements & Experience:
● Full time position, must be flexible in accordance with the Principal's travel, business and entertainment schedule.
● Minimum 5 years experience working with HNWI, in a similar role.
● A full clean driving licence (ideally not essential).
● Degree - ideal but not essential.
● Must appear smart, well-groomed and professional at all times whilst performing your duties.
● Ideally experienced on luxury yachts in a similar position

Part Time family chef in Hampstead NW3

Family of 5 are looking for a part time chef to work 4-5 days per week from 12pm/1pm-5.30pm.

As the chef you will be responsible for daily dinner preparation for the children and adults - the family prefer the chef to prepare meals for them to finish off or heat up themselves. On a Thursday or Friday they would also like there to be food prepared ahead of time for the family to eat at the weekend.

The family enjoy fresh healthy meals, and for the children simple foods from scratch including: spaghetti meatballs, goujons, burgers and so on. The adults enjoy a variety of good quality healthy food and all cuisines.

You will be responsible for suggesting and planning a weekly menu for the family with the principals ahead of time and ensure that the freshest ingredients are sourced daily, as well as liaising with the client with regards to store and core ingredients in the kitchen.

This would be a self employed role where the chef would invoice the client at the end of each week with their hours worked etc.

A semi formal family of 4 are looking for a passionate chef to join them on a live out basis working Tuesday - Saturday. As the chef you will be responsible for preparing creative, healthy and tasty meals for the family and staff.
The ideal chef will have a knowledge of Italian cuisine and some experience with Japanese flavours, understand where to source quality ingredients in London and enjoy personally shopping for these.

As the chef your duties will include:

Live Out Housekeeper in Ibiza
Charming down to earth family are looking for a live out housekeeper who is local to their second home in Ibiza. The 7 bedroom property is based in the South of the Island close to Porroig. The family and their friends use the home approximately 3 months of the year, generally over school holidays and some long weekends.

The role of the housekeeper will be to maintain the and clean the home on a daily basis to a very high standard. You will be responsible for the families laundry and linen when they are in residence, with experience with high end clothing, hand washing and ironing.
Day to day, you will work alongside the Estate Manager Chef who is on site to ensure the house is ran smoothly, your duties may include but not be limited to:
- running errands
- food shopping & provisioning
- cleaning & laundry
- informal service
- presenting the house beautifully at all times (sweeping steps, flower arranging, tidying)

The ideal candidate will go the extra mile and be one step ahead of the clients' needs. They are looking for someone local with a good knowledge of the island with a good network of contacts. You must have at least 4 years' experience working as a housekeeper within private homes and/or yachts.

Location: Ibiza, Porroig
LIVE OUT - you must have your own accommodation
Hours: When the property is in use you will be working the hours required to meet the clients' needs, when off season or the property isn't used these hours will be reduced. This will also be when you can claim time off in lieu.

We are looking for a full-time live in professional Cook Housekeeper to work in a fully staffed private household, based in Knightsbridge. This family of 4 are charming and very welcoming; they have a friendly German Shepherd dog and a cat.
You will work as part of a close knit team to ensure the families needs are met at all times.
 
Your duties will include daily cooking of family meals, lunches and dinners, you must have experience of cooking for a principal before and be confident and happy in a kitchen, the role is approx 80% cooking. The family enjoy healthy light meals. You will also provide lunch for the staff – this is often the same as the family so to minimise waste. 

You will be responsible for the kitchen and the inventory of stock, ensuring supplies are not running low and also rotating to ensure nothing is left by their sell by date.
As the cook housekeeper you will also be responsible for the household Ocado order, liaising with the PA and head housekeeper to check what is needed.
You must be happy around dogs, the family have a large a very friendly German Shepherd who you will need to feed too.
When the family are not in residence or a member of the housekeeping team is off, you will be hands on to assist in other areas of the house as well with general cleaning and organising.
 
This position is live in with separate accommodation with your own room and bathroom with a shared living and kitchen space during the working day, evenings it is your own. The accommodation isn’t suitable for partners, children or pets. 
 
Hours 5.5 – 6 days per week Monday - Saturday, working 10-11 hours a day with breaks.
Salary £36,000 - £42,000 depending on days worked.
