Live out Housekeeper required 3 days a week for a fully staffed home in Holland Park. This is a newly renovated 5 bed family home with 2 adults and 2 children. There are other staff employed including a chef, nannies, and private PA. The role is to start as soon as the family find the right person!

Hours: Mon/Wed/Fri 8.30am/9am - 5pm
Salary: £23-25 gross per hour

It is essential that the housekeeper has experience in UHNW households, handling fine fabrics, furniture and valuables. someone incredibly trustworthy who has shown longevity in previous roles. The housekeeper needs to be confident, with an eye for detail and who takes pride and care in their work.
Professional but informal personality with fluent spoken English.

Duties:

  • All general housekeeping duties, cleaning, laundry, maintaining organised cupboards/wardrobes.
  • The family are looking for a housekeeper with initiative and a collaborative attitude who is happy to run occasional errands (i.e. nipping out to pick up small amounts of groceries, drop off/pick up dry cleaning etc. There are grocers, butchers, dry cleaners etc. all within a 5 minute walk from the property).
  • Maintaining marble and natural stone etc
  • Flagging any maintenance issues to the Private PA or arranging directly with gardener/handy man where appropriate.
  • Allowing access to guests of family and tradesmen etc.
  • Always ensuring that the property is presentable and ready for the family to arrive at short notice.
  • The family are based between London, Edinburgh and Los Angeles so there will be periods where house is vacant allowing the housekeeper to get on top of deep cleaning, organising etc.

We are looking for a Senior EA with excellent Private PA experience to support this dynamic and highly successful UHNW in all business and private/personal requests.  Degree standard preferred and 10 years+ working for an UHNW Entrepreneur or UHNW Family Office/High Profile individual is needed to be considered for this role.  You will understand a role of this level having worked in a similar position at a high salary and similar level of responsibility already.

Financially aware with excellent business acumen this is an interesting role for a career minded EA/CofS with much to offer.  Working closely with the Principal/staff & family sorting out what the day to day and month to month situation is keeping an up to date "to do list and bringing solutions to problems with a proactive and productive approach.

A lovely family returning to Leaman Consulting are seeking a knowledgeable, organised, and experienced temporary nanny to join them in London from late June 2025 through to mid/late January 2026. The family is currently travelling and will be arriving in London at the end of June. Their little girl will be turning 3 in August and will be starting nursery in the mornings from September. The family will return to Cairo in January 2026, but back in London permanently from July 2026, when the role would become permanent.

 

Mum is currently pregnant, with baby number two due in early November. Their maternity nurse (who supported the family previously) will return to assist with the newborn. The family's long-term nanny, based in Cairo, is unable to join them in the UK due to visa restrictions.

 

The role will involve supporting the family with all nursery duties for G2.5, including planning and engaging in age-appropriate activities, nursery drop-offs and pick-ups, meal prep, and helping with the evening routine (dinner and bath time). You will not be required to care for the newborn, but you must be confident in a busy household with a lot of moving parts and multiple adults present. Mum and grandmother are very hands-on, so this is not a sole charge role.
