An UHNW client is seeking a live out housekeeper for their newly renovated private residence in central London. You will work as part of a housekeeping team and alongside a wider household team (chef, PA, nannies etc)
Reporting into the house manager, exceptionally high standards are essential for this role. Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years working in a formal household for UHNW private clients. 
Key Requirements:

  • Previous Private Housekeeper experience.
  • Attention to detail and pro-active.
  • Must be flexible and happy to work 1 eer 3-4 weekends when required (given time off in lieu)
  • Hands on with a great energy and team-player attitude
  • Must be discreet and trustworthy, and help maintain these qualities throughout the team
  • Must be well presented and maintain a professional manner at all times

Duties include:

  • All areas of cleaning, including dusting, polishing, hoovering and mopping.
  • Changing beds, doing laundry, ironing 
  • Deep cleaning the property at the appropriate times
  • Plant & flower care
  • Maintaining fine furniture, caring for antiques, artwork and specialist high end surfaces such as marble
  • Assisting  in the kitchen when needed 
  • Helping to  set & serve and clearing the table
  • Help with parties/events at the house
  • Must be family friendly as there are 2 little boys 
  • Running events at the house

We are looking for a nanny for a busy family with two children, aged 2.5 and 5 years-old. The role will be sole charge, working on average 60 hours per week, Monday to Friday (7am - 7pm) plus 2 babysits per week (Monday - Thursday, won't be used every week). The accommodation will comprise a private bedroom and bathroom within the family home but on its own floor away from the family. A driver is essential, and a car will be provided for duties if the nanny doesn't have her own car.
We are searching for a warm, energetic, and loving nanny, with experience of looking after children of a similar age. Both parents work mostly from the office, so the nanny must be confident sole charge. Someone very organised who will manage the children's schedules will be a good fit and the parents are keen for the nanny to focus on the children's education and development, ensuring they grow up to be happy and kind. The ideal candidate will enjoy being a bit silly with the children and laughing with them but, at the same time, also genuinely interested in helping the children learn and develop, both educationally and emotionally.
Both children are happy and healthy and in a good routine. The role will include typical nursery duties, preparing healthy meals and organising age-appropriate activities.
The eldest is at school full time and the youngest attends nursery 5 mornings a week. We would ask that our nanny help walk the dog during the times that the children aren't at home.

We are looking for a super switched on and proactive Estate Manager to work at a very high level overseeing the operations and maintenance of homes in the UK and Italy for a High Profile UHNW client in North London.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, exceptional organisational skills, and a keen attention to detail and delivering high standards at all time. As the Estate Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing property maintenance, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of the home in conjunction with the principal and other team members.

 

Responsibilities to include:

 

Property Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the estate, including maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is well-maintained and adheres to safety standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for necessary repairs and renovations.

 

Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise estate staff including groundskeepers, maintenance workers, and housekeeping staff.
  • Develop and implement schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow.

Financial Management:

You will work as part of a small close knit team and this is a real 360 housekeeping role to ensure the home is ran seamlessly and kept immaculate at all times.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

You will be engaging with top communication skills, able to liaise easily with stakeholders, artists and internal staff.  The events have a luxury feel and you will be adept at growing relationships with HNW/UHNW individuals who will attend the events.  You will managing events from start to finish and take ownership of your role.

Create and define the Event Brief and create processes and procedures to put systems into place with regard to the planning, delivery & management of these events.

Implement a centralised Events tracking system to ensure relevant information on all events is available and up to date.  Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the vision for the event is delivered.

Compile in depth venue research and presenting options keeping the brand in mind.  Liaising with the Events Coordinator you will oversee the management of all aspects of each event with regard to venue, vendors, managing guests lists and controlling budgets with contractors.  Working with the team deliver on operational aspects to include collating and compiling guest lists and working with exterior contractors.  Ensure full risk assessments are completed.  Ensure departmental information is well organised and maintained to include Event Calendars, Guest lists with accurate information and departmental financial records are current with PO's and invoices processed in time. 

A top troubleshoot and very detail orientated you will attend the events and grab problems if they occur.

There will be travel to various art shows both in the UK and abroad where your top organisational and logistic skills will shine.

You will have significant administrative skills dealing with the administration and management of the events and managing multi stakeholders.
