A super role has come along for a very bright and energised PA with excellent experience juggling a very busy day for a successful and diverse family office. A background within a HNW family office or working for a Principal and family would be much preferred. Supporting the Principal based in Switzerland for 3 - 4 hours per day - you must be able to make relationships quickly and feel at ease with different personalities/requests. Work quickly and focused and be able to juggle changes when needed. There will be travel to Switzerland every 2 months for 4 - 6 days to consolidate/discuss matters with the Principal. Lovely family with a busy schedule needs someone who can think on their feet who is also professional, friendly and committed. Supporting other members of the family office during the day your juggling and prioritising skills will be amazing. Top diary management and scheduling is essential for this role and a concierge style of support to assist what needs doing. Primarily changeable diary/meetings scheduling and travel when lockdown is relaxed. Arranging conference calls/Zooms and family office liaison. You will be educated (degree preferred), charming and enjoy the responsibility and involvement of working within a family office. Some support outside normal hours when urgent. Mac user is essential with Microsoft 365 and proficient with modern tech/applications is essential. Able to work quickly and very efficiently is essential as different requests all day and many meetings/changes during the day. This is a concierge style service so your adaptability and speed of response and communication skills will be excellent Experience working in a remote role is essential to be considered for this role and wanting to settle for the long term.
Chief of Staff - (International Property) UHNW
This is an outstanding role for an outstanding individual to oversee and manage an international portfolio of privately owned luxury property & estates in the UK and abroad.
A seasoned and career orientated individual with a demonstrated background on an international level for UHNW with major assets including a large property portfolio. A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an energetic young family of 4 relocating to London from NYC. They are looking for a positive, proactive and loving nanny for their two boys aged 20 months and 6 months old.
The ideal nanny will have experience with both babies through to school age and able to recognise and encourage developmental milestones and learning at all times in a fun interactive way. The eldest will hopefully attend school for half days from September.
As the family are new to London they are keen for the boys to attend activity clubs and classes, partake in playdates and get outside as much as possible! All usual nursery duties will be required including keeping the boys room and toys tidy, cooking fresh healthy meals and snacks and keeping on top of their wardrobes.
The family will require their nanny to travel with them on occasion and you should see this as a bonus to a role! Babysitting and proxy parenting some weekends if the parents decide to have a long weekend away. This will be arranged in advance and paid extra.
The family have a very loving and kind natured dog (Bernedoodle breed) so you must be comfortable around animals and ideals a dog lover!
