We are looking for an experienced and professional chauffeur for a long term committed role with a UHNW principal in Mayfair. You will be based from the office in Mayfair.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive the principal to and from appointments, evening dinners, and meetings.
  • Manage day-to-day errands for the office staff which might include dry cleaning, prescription pickups, and other errands.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule for occasional extended family and unexpected tasks.
  • Ensure the upkeep, valet, and maintenance of the principal's car (Bentley Bentayga).
  • Manage parking in the designated underground spaces near the office.
  • Be available during core hours (7:45/8:00 am - 5:00 pm) and evenings when needed.
  • Coordinate with the Executive Assistant and office team weekly regarding diary and task lists.
  • Be on hand for airport runs and collections.
  • Maintain a professional and measured demeanour, respecting the privacy of this UHNW client.
Qualifications:
  • Experience working as a private chauffeur for a similar principal at UHNWI CEO level.
  • Excellent knowledge of London and the surrounding areas.
  • Proactive, with a good work ethic and the ability to foresee and address potential issues.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible and dynamic work environment.
  • Impeccable English language skills.
  • Well presented at all times.
Working Conditions:
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 7.45am - 5pm evenings as and when
  • Salary range: £45,000 - £55,000, with flexibility based on experience.
  • Starting in 2024, with a short handover/shadowing of the current driver.

Experienced Housekeeper required to join a busy friendly household in Kensington, working 40-45 hours a week on a live out basis.

Your duties as the housekeeper will include but not be limited to:

  • All high level housekeeping and cleaning, knowledge of and how to use specialist cleaning products on furniture or fabrics
  • Top notch laundry ironing skills - for bed linen, clothing, delicate and luxury clothing, hand washing and sorting for dry cleaning
  • Organising cupboards and ensuring household supplies are always stocked
  • Grocery shopping and running errands
  • Liaising with contractors and able to call in help from suppliers if something in the house needs fixing or maintaining

All diary management for the business, liaising with clients & suppliers, researching products, organising samples and images for presentation to clients and assisting with quotations for various projects.

You will be expert at working through a "to do" list and be able to keep on top of multiple objectives and requests.

Dealing with invoicing and budgets with regard to various design projects. Management and liaison between suppliers, contractors and clients. Monitoring invoice payments and payment supplier of invoices. A good working knowledge of Excel is needed and happy to learn new systems as you grow in the role. Keeping the office supplies in stock and finding best deals. Knowledge of social media platforms would be a huge bonus.

A top communicator you will keep him informed at all times and be able to build a trusted relationship quickly. The boss has his own style of working and is the front facing of the company and will expect you to deal with all the detail. In this role, you will be responsible for doing trip- and guest-specific research, refining logistical details, and processing all information into easy-to-understand forms for our guests. You will be supporting the Head of Community (Chief of Staff) in creating updates and resources for the community and the company itself. Additionally, you will be responsible for logging information into our CRM system and maintaining its accuracy and organization.

You will also be responsible for monitoring news alerts and conducting research on community news and maintaining a recommendations database for suppliers. You will be responsible for coordinating guest lists and guest movements for events.

Strong research and communication skills are a must, as well as meticulous attention to detail, a hands-on approach, and an ability to prioritise.
