Leaman Consulting are looking for an experienced live out Housekeeper to work as part of a dedicated team, to provide an excellent level of service for a private family at their primary home in London.

You will work closely with the household team and report into a Head Housekeeper.


360 Housekeeping support in this large and busy 7 bed 7 bath property. All high-level cleaning, laundry and other tasks.

  • Washing, ironing and laundry; including handling delicate, luxury & couture clothing. Arrange for dry-cleaning when appropriate. You may be asked to manage the principal’s wardrobes.
  • Watering house plants, caring for cut flowers once they’ve been brought in.
  • Carrying out weekly grocery shopping – on line and in store
  • Dealing with tradesmen, suppliers and contractors when come in to work
  • Keeping an eye on the family’s pet dogs
  • Serving at table at family events / meals etc
  • Carrying out any other tasks that the employer may reasonably ask


You will have:

- Approx 5 years’ experience within a formal, HNWI private household with exceptionally high standards

- Top attention to detail

- Have a strong work ethic, be loyal, passionate, and friendly.

- Team player – expected to work well and communicate effectively with the team

- Driving license – bonus but not essential

- Have a recent enhanced DBS, or willing to undertake one

- Checkable references


Hours/Days: Full-time 40 hours p/w over 5 days p/w (Mon – Sun flexible) Flexibility to work not only Mon - Fri but also at weekends is essential. Weekend work may be taken as time off in lieu mid-week.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

Garden maintenance

Plant room

  • Responsible for the organisation and cleanliness of 3 plant rooms and garage.
  • Organisation and inventory of offsite storage areas
  • Lightbulb inventory managed
  • May need to perform some maintenance duties at another property in London and overseas on rare occasions.



  • Clean driving licence
  • Perform ad hoc errands as required to the needs of the family or persons authorised


Other details

Hours are Monday to Friday, 10 hours per day includes an hour throughout the day for breaks.

Busy family living in Central London are seeking an experienced live in housekeeper cook to work 5.5 days a week to include Saturday & Sundays. The foccus will be on the cooking of lunch and dinner for the family but also ability to share the housekeeping tasks with 1 other full time housekeeper. The family eat healthy simple meals, and are after someone who enjoys cooking and following recipies. 

The family have a country home in Oxfordshire, which occasionally they may ask you to go with them - accomodation will be provided there.

The accomodation in London is an ensuite bedroom in the basement of the house, with a microwave and sink along the corridor. The main kitchen is shared with the family.

Hours: 10am/11am start - 9/10pm, there will  be breaks through the day.

Salary: £600 net per week.

This is a lovely role for a Private PA working in a niche Family Office in Central London. MUST HAVE  2-3 years experience as a private PA within a household to be considered.  Bright, hands on with good PA skills (Word/Excel/Outlook) and top diary management, happy to juggle a busy day with sometimes out of hours and ever changing arrangements.  Must be flexible with a positive and upbeat personality who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and much in when necessary and wear many hats.  Occasional support out of hours.

You will have held a similar role showing longevity supporting a HNW family with all aspects of their private lives.  Personal diaries and meetings, dealing with the household staff & rotas, research, shopping and errands.  Assisting with extended family members now and again/children with schedules and requirements & purchases.

Liaising with the wider team in the family office (all very nice!). A good communicator, well presented and spoken as you will be also liaising with other individuals on behalf of the family.  Highly organised and one step ahead you must be used to responding and getting things done quickly.

The SD’s office is made up of a Client Manager who oversees all the sales administration for the SD and this role. A newly created and exciting role, involving more management responsibilities that will allow you really get stuck into interesting projects such as working with colleagues in art fairs, exhibitions and with the artist teams as well as liaising with colleagues in Paris.


This is a very busy role with lots of involvement and will require someone who is highly organised, a team player, self-motivated and used to working outside of hours. High level of detail with travel & itineraries is essential as the Director travels frequently. 2/3+ years’ experience in a busy and demanding role where a very fluid diary and changeable schedule is common.   A can do attitude with energy and a positive approach is needed together with excellent forward planning and logistics skills. Taking care of expenses and office administration, phones and dealing with queries.  Calm under fire and good with pressure when it arises, you will have a mature and effective personality, on the ball and a real problem solver. 


Excellent English skills written and spoken is essential. The SD is French so having written and spoken French would be ideal although it’s not an essential.
